TAKING DEPOSITS NOW FOR NOVEMBER BEEF!
We take deposits every spring and add names to our waitlist year round. We are a small producer extremely concerned with animal well being and quality beef, so we sell out quickly each season.
We are currently taking 2024 deposits from past customers and new customers for fresh home grown high quality beef this fall.
The deposit on a quarter beef will be $450.00 and as our current customers know we sell out very quickly. The beef will be ready in late November 2024. We do also keep some beef in the freezers here at the ranch for sale in small packaging for customers that can't afford or don't need to buy a quarter or half or even a whole beef.
The average whole yields 400-550 pounds of finished meat (cut and wrapped and not counting bones, fat, and organs). Of course, each beef will vary in size and since your beef will be custom processed to your specifications, the yield will vary slightly. That means if you have all bones removed; you will have a lower yield. We suggest around 18 cubic feet of freezer storage for this
The average half yields 200-260 pounds of finished meat (cut and wrapped and not counting bones, fat, and organs). Of course, each beef will vary in size and since your beef will be custom processed to your specifications, the yield will vary slightly. That means if you have all bones removed; you will have a lower yield. We suggest around 11 cubic feet of freezer storage for this
The average quarter will yield 100-130 pounds of cut, wrapped and frozen meat. Of course, each beef will vary in size and since your beef will be custom processed to your specifications, the yield will vary slightly. That means if you have all bones removed; you will have a lower yield. We suggest around 6 cubic feet of freezer storage for this.
We do also keep some beef in the freezers here at the ranch for sale in small packaging for customers that can't afford or don't need to buy a quarter or half or even a whole beef. Availability varies but we generally have some of most cuts and ground.
